tp xpe,nnt nk buat lg la,guna cd len plak,fini target berat 45kg sbnrnye,tp mcm muri-sou(impossible) je,zmn muda2 dlu senang je nk dpt 45kg,hoho trase diri suda smkn tua(>_<)(^_^)/

choc cheezcake

• 1 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
• 3tb softened butter
  
• 250g philedephia cheese
• 70g sugar
• 2eggs
  
• 2tb lemon juice
• 70g cooking choc-double boiled
• 60g flour
  
• whip cream 200ml

4 ganache

• cooking choc
• whip cream
• sugar(optional)
  

♫for crust--->combine the biscuits+butter in a bowl and flatten them on the bottom of the springform..freeze about 20mins

♫for filling--->in a mixing bowl,beat cheez+sugar till smooth...pour in whip cream..add in eggs+lemon juice+cooking choc+flour...

♫pour in the mixture onto the crust,and bake for about 50mins,170degrees celcius

♫4topping--->using double-boil technique,melt the choc and pour in the whip cream...deco as u like^^
