our first yuki daruma(snowman) 4 this winter,ngeeeeee trus 3 ha,mama abg adik,ayah dieorg??out-station;p

ok,lemme teach u on how to make a yuki daruma,hehe...3 easy steps to follow:)

1.make a small snowball....then roll on the snow like this ya kawan2..

2. then golek2kan snowball until u get ur dream yukidaruma size

3.paling bulat+besar for body,bulat+kecil sdikit for yukidaruma face,combine kan,then make-up kn yukidaruma ikut kekreatifan masing2*wah,da mcm ks recipe msk la plak;p*

comment:SAIKOU!!!!!!!!tempat yg sgt cantiiik+course tuk main banyak,xsilap 5 course kot,plih je mana2 gondola yg berkenan+powdery snow(jatuh memang x rase sakit bontot lsg,huhu)+matahari memancar2(but still xdpt lawanla kesejukan kt skijyou tu)..last but not least,kt ctu x perlu bwk bento lunch sbb ade kebab halal ,superrrrbbbb yummmmyy!!pendek kata,ski trip plg bessst sepanjang 4thn kt bumi sakura ini*sob2,sedeylak pk da nk balik*

bahan2:

• 3keping ayam boneless-diketuk2 jd nipis
• telur sebijik
• tepung jagung
• tepung tenpura/tepung kfc

tuk gravy:

• bawang besar+putih dicincang2
• slices mushroom
• oyster sauce
• sos tomato
• sos cili skit
• kicap skit
• black pepper
• garam skit*optional*

cara2nye:

• frst ketuk2 ayam tu bg nipis(malas xyah buat pn xpe,hoho)..pas2 salutkan tepung jagung,celup telur,salutkan tepung jagung/tenpura nye tepung/kfc nye tepung,goreng smp masak,angkat..

• tuk gravy tu,tumiskan jap bwang,pastu masukkan air skit+sume bahan2 tu..chousei(selaraskan?) rase smp rase best,pastu boleyla tuang atas ayam tu bersama ngan fries yg da digoreng

p/s:kalau ade brocolli ke,boley rebus jap,makan skali ngan chicken chop ni,sedap gak;)

[sponge cake]

telur...3biji
gula...80g
flour...90g
baking powder...1~2tsp

butter...20g(cairkan dlm microwave)

ovallete...2tsp

[strawberry syrup]
strawberry...6,7 biji
gula...60g
lemon juice...2tbs

[topping]
whip cream...400ml
sugar...70g
strawberry

cara2:

1. ayakkan tepung+baking powder,ketepikan..

2. dalam bowl besar,masukkan telur+gula...

*panaskan bowl sbil kacau(mcm double boil)..ble da panas tu,kuarkan,smbung pukul telur+gula smp batter jd putih+kembang...*(bg kek tu spongy)

3. bile da kembang,masukkan tepung gandum+ovallete+butter.

4. masukkan dalam loyang 5号(16cm?)diameter..


5. bakar dalam oven yg bersuhu 170celcius,about 30mins..


6.bile kek da masak,kek tu akn menggunung,sejukkan jap..
then potong dua lapis kek tu...

utk syrup:
potong kecik2 buah strawberry,cmpurkan gula,lemon juice..kacau atas api smp buah tu hancur..byk strawberry,banyakla dpt syrupnye..tmbh air skit kalau pekat sgt;)

whip cream:
putar whipcream+gula smpai jd icing

deco:
kek yg da dipotong dua tu,ambik satu lapis,letakkan strawberry syrup,
aturkan buah strawberry,letak whip cream..sukatan ikut suka,hehe..

last skali,letak satu lapis sponge cake tu,hias ikut kekreatifan msg2^-^

siap!!!

xbape camtek bile dipotong,gara2 silap potong kek...

pusing2 kt aeon smp kol 2ptg,pas2 kitrg pergi ke APITA besar lak,beli brg skit..rupanya kt apita lg best berbanding ngan aeon tu,dahla x ramai org sgt,fukubukuro pn byk lg e/thou da petang..lepak apita sampai kol 6 kot,then on our way back,boleyhlak tersinggah kt SATY lak,saje je nk tgk2,skali terbeli jgk,tp kalini banyak beli sorvenior tuk family kt mesia,beli siap2 time sale ni,hehe...

brg2 yg ktrg smpt beli,xbanyak pn,padanla ngn bajet yg ciput tu,huhu..

terbeli fukubukuro baju berharga 5000yen,set dress,legging,muffler,top,shirt,belt,necklace, skinny jean..tp malangnye skinnyjeans tu x muat,haha sape muat jeans size 61cm angkat tgn,fni nk ks present;p...
