butter...20g(cairkan dlm microwave)
ovallete...2tsp
[strawberry syrup]
strawberry...6,7 biji
gula...60g
lemon juice...2tbs
[topping]
whip cream...400ml
sugar...70g

cara2:
1. ayakkan tepung+baking powder,ketepikan..
2. dalam bowl besar,masukkan telur+gula...
*panaskan bowl sbil kacau(mcm double boil)..ble da panas tu,kuarkan,smbung pukul telur+gula smp batter jd putih+kembang...*(bg kek tu spongy)
3. bile da kembang,masukkan tepung gandum+ovallete+butter.
4. masukkan dalam loyang 5号(16cm?)diameter..
5. bakar dalam oven yg bersuhu 170celcius,about 30mins..
6.bile kek da masak,kek tu akn menggunung,sejukkan jap..
then potong dua lapis kek tu...
utk syrup:
potong kecik2 buah strawberry,cmpurkan gula,lemon juice..kacau atas api smp buah tu hancur..byk strawberry,banyakla dpt syrupnye..tmbh air skit kalau pekat sgt;)
whip cream:
putar whipcream+gula smpai jd icing
deco:
kek yg da dipotong dua tu,ambik satu lapis,letakkan strawberry syrup,
aturkan buah strawberry,letak whip cream..sukatan ikut suka,hehe..
last skali,letak satu lapis sponge cake tu,hias ikut kekreatifan msg2^-^
siap!!!

p/s:kalau kt mesia,kurangkan gula pn xpe kot,sbb gula kt nihon ni kureng manis...
