Recipe:Chicken nanban(チキン南蛮)

sebenar2nya,chicken nanban(Southern fried chicken mengikut wiki)ni bisanya makan dengan tartar sauce br lagi nyummy,tp sebab xde,so ku skip aje..

resepi asal dari youtube kat bawah ni..


Ingredients:

300g Chicken Thigh (10.6 oz)
1 tbsp Sake-skipped
½ tbsp Soy Sauce-brand kikkoman
1 tsp Ginger Juice
2 tbsp Potato Starch

70g Onion (2.47 oz)
20g Carrot (0.705 oz)
2 Bell Peppers-skipped
3 Butter Lettuce Leaves
½ tsp Cooking Oil

4 tbsp Water
4x4cm Kombu Kelp (1½x1½ inch)-skipped
4 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1½ tbsp Sugar
⅛ tsp Salt
½ Red Chili Pepper
+lemon juice
+kicap pekat
Toasted White Sesame Seeds -skipped

i love the taste of nanban sauce,sour sweet salty soy sauce mixed up just nice...

disebabkan oleh anniversary sama bulan derngan bday nye,maka sambutan bdaynye simple2 aja,memang cmni pn tiap2 tahun hoho..
dan setiap tahun jugakla ku suka bt seprais,xtau nape,suka sgt sepraiss mepraiss ni,tp masa anniversary hrtu kan encik suami dh bgtau yg die dpt agak,so ku pk2 mne nak buat biar die x agak lsg,kalau bt midnite tu sahsala as expected kan,sama gak kalau buat seprais time die balik keje cm haritu pn mst die expect gak,last2 smlm br terpikir nak celebrate AWAL!
haha yeahh,ku sprais nye time blm kul 12mlm pn lg..
ptg tu senyap2 kuar g beli pizza n kek,balik cepat2 sorok dlm microwave n kek lak letak bahagian blkg dlm petisejuk..

tabiat encik suami ni suka mandi lambat tau,tmbh plak mlmtd kan ada bola JPN vs. MAS,dkt kul 11mlm time hbs firsthalf br die g mandi..
15minit die mandi tu la hai ku cpt2 gegas2 g dapur kuarkan semua(dahla toilet kt dapur,cuak gile,hoh)
setup2 ape yg patut,dan inila hasilnya..


mahaapla sakuranya dah layu huhu..

lilin tu mmg xkan psg awal2 la sbb sekejap je terus cair yg abjad2 tu..
time die masuk je,terkejut gilee la encik suami,ape ni ape ni haha die ckp mmg seprais btl kalini,die igt ku dh tdo sbb tgk lampu dh gelap,ngee sepraiss menjadi!

ok,barula pasang lilin nye hee..*recycle lilin anniversary ahritu aja*

bday boy la sangat kan:D




tp bday boyyy tu demam sebenarnya,so kesiann,salah satu proses penuaan mungkin,hee moga2 cepat sembuhla syg ye,xbeshh u demam hoho..

Recipe:Chicken Chop


Bahan-bahan:
untuk ayam:
1 keping boneless
black pepper
garam
telur 1 bijik(blh buat tuk 2 keping)
tepung jagung+tepung gandum

untuk gravy:
sos tiram
kicap
sos tomato
sos cili
black pepper
slices mushroom
sedikit kiub ayam

untuk mashed potato:
3 biji kentang-direbus
susu segar
black pepper
butter 1sudu kecil
tepung jagung-cairkan dgn air
black pepper
sedikit garam-jika perlu

untuk corn:
corn in can
susu pekat
garam
butter

Cara-cara:
untuk ayam...ketuk2 ayam bagi nipis,perap semua bahan kecuali tepug dan jagung

sementara tunggu ayam diperap,lets prepare the gravy and mashed potato..
untuk garvy tu,just campur je semua,plus air skit,chef ni xsuka ikut sukatan,yg die tau tambah tu skit tmbh ni sket sampaila dah rasa oK!hee last skali baru masukkan air jagung tu tuk pekatkan gravy..

tuk mashed potato:
rebus kentang sampai ebtul2 empuk,dalam 30minit gak kot..
then lenyek2kan die sampai btul2 ahncur,tambahkan susu segar sket bg lg lembik,buat bulat2 ,ketepikan jap..

dalam gelas,campurkan air+1/2kiub ayam,tepung jagung..kemudian,dlam periuk,masukkan butter,bile butter dah cair,masukkan semua yang ada dalam gelas tu,pastu tambah black pepper,jgn byk sgt nnt pahir..bile dah pekat,tutup api..time nk makan br tuang kt atas kentang tu..

tuk corn tu plak,just campur je semua dalam periuk panaskan sampai butter dah cair,kacau2 ,siap!

bile dah settle semua tu barula goreng ayam yang da diperap tu..
celup2 kan ayam dalam telur dan tepung gandum+jagung,goreng dgn deep-fry(minyak banyak)

7th years together forever

yeahh,pejam celik pejam celik baik,gaduh,merajuk,marah,happy,muah muah,gaduh lagi,las2 kaweeennnnnnn at 7th years together,hehe alhamdulilah...

xsenang dan xsusah tuk handle long-distance relationship ni,kalau kite betul2 ikhlas sayangkan pasangan kita,datangla ribut taufan setan camane sekalipun(n of cos la dengan izin Allah),pasti akan bersatu gak one day...

yeah,we`ve been through ups and downs for 7years n many2 mores to go,insyaAllah till death do us apart,eceehh,aminnn:D

So tahun ni adalah tahun yang amat bermakna bg ku dan encik suami sebab this is our first year celebrating as a husband-wifey,so ku rasa nak buat something special...

since bulan January lagi ku dah pkir2 apela nk buat tuk kali ni kan,last2 dapat idea for candle lite home dinner..masuk je bulan 2,terus mintak cuti awal2 tuk 15hb,hee tp as always la kan,encik suami tidak menunjukkan tanda2 mengingati hari anniversary ktrg ni langsung!

even midnite 15hb tu pn ku tny die ada nk ckp pape x,n he said nope,ok fine jom tdo..

bangun pagi tu pn en.suami pegi keje mcm biasa,dah sedey sket2 sbnrnya sbb pk maybe en.suami dh xrs penting da tarikh ni since dh kawen kan(frankly speaking,ku rasa this date much precious than wedding anniversary somehow hee)

tp tak kisahla kan,alang2 da plan lama da,choc card semua da beli,tinggal nk prepare tuk makan malam n pg crik candless je,so pagi tu xsambung tdo,siap2 tuk kuar carik barang2 tuk bt dinner and candles,nasib baikla jumpa,alhamdulillah:)

ble kul 4ptg tu,everything da ready,just tunggu nk goreng ayam je,msg en.suami tny blk kul bape harini n he replied,kul 5 tp nk g men golf kang,shoott cmne nk celebrate ni,time tu whatsapp2 ngan kaklyn,die ckp simpan dlu semua bt pas die blk men golf,ouchh banyak kot nk simpan dengan wine glass lagi,tgh2 gelabah pk xpela teruskan jela kan,huhu cepat2 goreng ayam n get ready,tutup langsir segala bagi nampak gelap haha


hasilnya..TADAaaaAA!

tapi ble die sampai je depan pintu,aku yg seprais dulu sebab ada dua present kt tangan,terkedu kejap,unexpectedly he did remeber and brought something for me,hoho tp die lagi surprised kot tgk candlelight table tu heee...

tapi acara makan2 terpaksala ditangguh smp kul 8 malam sebab die dah janji ngan senpai die tuk main golf,so nk xnk knela pergi kan..

ble time makan tu,masing2 bukak cita pasal rahsia masing2,since bile lg beli,simpan mane present,ape dlm kepala masing2,hoho sweetest thing ble die ckp die belikan present tu time die kuar malam aku merajuk ngan dia,n simpan present tu dlm keta buruknya yg mmg dh xguna huhu..
die lak dpt instict ku akan bt seprais kt die,sebab aku cuti keja hari tu,tp he tot like g cri present cmtu je,ha ha die x expect something BIGGER happened:D

Resepi:ayam goreng shoyu

shoyu;soysauce jepun/kicap cair/kat mesia soysauce kikkoman

bahan2:
★ayam boneless 2keping
★shoyu 2sudu besar
★sedikit black pepper
★potato starch(片栗粉)/tepung ubi

♯yes,kat nihon ni kalau buat ayam salut tepung ni drg guna potato starch berbanding ngan kite slalunye guna teping jagung/gandum kan..
beza kalo guna potato starch ni ape?hasil salutan tepung die tu halus lembutje,xdela kasar/keras..

cara-cara:
★potong ayam boneless tu kecil2
★campurkan shoyu&blackpepper,gaul2(klo nk msin lg tmbh garam sket pn ok),biarkan dalam 10min bg die menyerap masuk rs shoyu tu..
★dah tu,guna plastic,masukkan tepung ubi tu dan ayam nye sekali,goncang2(?) bg sekata tepung nya...
★then deep fry smpla ayam tu ke-brown2-an okkei!
sila jangan toskan minyak pakai tisuu byk2 sbb serius ayam cmni serap byk myk

semuanya gara2 baito tu..
