lately,esp after raya la kan,mostly kite sume gain weight kan??as 4 me myself ni pn gain 4kgs occay!!huwaaaaaaaaaaaaa*pura2 menangis*..haha semuanya gara2 mengamalkan konsep 'tido mkn tido mkn itu shiawase(heaven)~' ....start ble lg ek,masa lepak rmh lel lg kot(end of august?),mmg serius shiawase time tu,lsg x pk brt, diet etc sbb nye rmh lela xde penimbang,haha(kalau kt rmh sndiri,stiap pg mst timbang)..so bile blk 3minggu mesia tu,smp2 rmh je trus nmpk penimbg,toiiiinkkkk da 2kg naik!trs rs yabai,yela kan blk mesia surela nk melntak byk2,so nk x nk terpaksala pasrah n berharap brt menten je,keh3..tp yappa 3mggu blk tu,brt choudo ii50KG,wahaha hambek ko...tp nk sdapkan hatilg,"xpe2,blk nihon sure blh kembali brt ideal 45kg,keh3"..oh ya,plus time raya hrtu gathering mmber2 skola rendah dlu,bncg2 psal berat2 ni,skali geng2 aku tu,sumenye underweight cun2 nye brt,42kg kebwh,cet2 ble ckp kt drg yg akuni 46kg(pdhl time tu da 50,keh3)semua mcm terkejut,hoho pasrah2~!

anyways,since here n there sbk bncg psal diet ni,cth:

  • si A mengamalkan kurgkan nasi but mkn lauk+sayur byk2 n everyday ptg men badminton/gym,kekka after raya suda berjaya trnkan 5kgs!*typical diet program tp kalau consistant mmg berkesanla*
  • si B mengamalkan pg2 breakfast roti+tlur+cheez,ptg mkn nasi skit,mlm naik stepper 1000kali w/o takng dinner..lapar mcmmane pn,gaman2 n last2 tido adlh cara terbaik!*haha kitsui ini diet!*
  • si C mengamalkan herbalife sbb mls nk exercise segala*blh trn brt,tp mmg kne maintain,kalau x,rebound!*
  • si D sgt rajin undo(xercise),pg2 banana diet,avoid mknan2 yg x bgus tuk lose weight program*salute kamu sbb sgt dicipline,a very good+healthy way^^!*
oh tp si B skrg ini da x naik stepper,die lg aggresive,frm stepper----> SALSA dance aka core rythms...wut is core rythms exactly bout?click here 4 more details,hehe....

menurut cik B ini,4hr die amalkan salsa dance ni,perut nye trase kempis gtu..


so cik fni ni ble dgr bab2 perut mengempis ni(psst2 cik fni perutnye xslim pn sbnrnye,haha shhhhh!)trusla teruja n rase ingin mencuba jgk!haha sassoku,tnp melengahkan masa trus dload kt isohunt.com tp blm siap lg ni dload..rs x sbr lak nk try menari2 besok,keh3 siapla si B kalau xde sbrg perubahan,huhu wait n see my dear frens,i'll update da result soon:)
