- 1 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
- 3tb softened butter
- 250g philedephia cheese
- 70g sugar
- 2eggs
- 2tb lemon juice
- 70g cooking choc-double boiled
- 60g flour
- whip cream 200ml
- cooking choc
- whip cream
- sugar(optional)
♫for filling--->in a mixing bowl,beat cheez+sugar till smooth...pour in whip cream..add in eggs+lemon juice+cooking choc+flour...
♫pour in the mixture onto the crust,and bake for about 50mins,170degrees celcius
♫4topping--->using double-boil technique,melt the choc and pour in the whip cream...deco as u like^^
