choc cheezcake 4 ili`s bday

choc cheezcake

  • 1 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 3tb softened butter
  • 250g philedephia cheese
  • 70g sugar
  • 2eggs
  • 2tb lemon juice
  • 70g cooking choc-double boiled
  • 60g flour
  • whip cream 200ml
4 ganache
  • cooking choc
  • whip cream
  • sugar(optional)
for crust--->combine the biscuits+butter in a bowl and flatten them on the bottom of the springform..freeze about 20mins

for filling--->in a mixing bowl,beat cheez+sugar till smooth...pour in whip cream..add in eggs+lemon juice+cooking choc+flour...

pour in the mixture onto the crust,and bake for about 50mins,170degrees celcius

4topping--->using double-boil technique,melt the choc and pour in the whip cream...deco as u like^^

senang je kan???campur2 je,pas2 siap!hehe slmt mencuba!!!(^________^)

(note:sukatan tu tekitou(agak2) je sbnrnye,korang blh tmbh/krgkan sesuka ati=P)
